How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone, open Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, select Soften Sleep, and choose Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Open Soften Sleep while signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase, then use the in-app restore purchase action on the paywall or settings screen.
The app is quiet or has no sound. What should I check?
Check Silent Mode, your media volume, and Focus modes. Then fully close and reopen the app. If the issue continues, email support with your iOS version and device model.
